Mianda Bashala

Mianda Bashala JD is a Labor Counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts providing legal advice to state managers and municipal appointing authorities, representing state agencies before labor arbitrators and administrative agencies in labor and employment matters, and drafting and reviewing labor employment legislation, regulations, and proposals for collective bargaining agreements. She has previously worked for the Attorney General of Massachusetts and Goulston & Storrs, P.C. Mianda has legal experience in Real Estate, Labor and Employment, Immigration, and Human Rights law. She speaks English, French, Swahili, and Spanish. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and mentoring.

Maya Dukes

Maya Dukes is a National Creative Supervisor of Advertising Mass Print at The Home Depot corporate offices in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to her current position, she worked for such companies as Macy's, where her role as Senior Graphic Designer allowed her to photo art direct urban and multicultural fashion advertising. Mrs. Dukes has also worked as a graphic designer at the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Maya's work has appeared in The Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Atlanta Magazine, 17 Magazine and numerous other publications. Maya lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two children. She enjoys mentoring, reading and spending time with her family.

Kletos Fotibu

Kletos Fotibu is a Consultant at Duke Energy, where he manages 25,000 servers impacting several states. In his previous positions, Kletos has served Fortune 500 companies as a Network and Technical Engineer in his roles at Nortel Networks and Bladelogic. He is an Information Technology Specialist who has not only singlehandedly taught himself for multiple reputable certification examinations, but has also tested and become certified in MCITP, CCNA, MCP, CNA, CCP, Linux, and PictureTel CVE. Humbly, his proudest accomplishment is being a father. Kletos enjoys Bible studies, photography, reading, and running.

Regina Jean-Baptiste

Regina Jean-Baptiste, MBA is Founder and CEO of Virtual International Business Consulting, LLC, an innovative administrative support company. For over twenty-five years she has provided executive administration, training and business consulting across various industries. As a Program Manager in Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Delaware, she has excelled in her role by using strategic business practices and marketing initiatives. As a veteran of the United States Navy she understands the value of improving the quality of life through the sharing of knowledge and resources.

Dr. Revonna Mitchell

Dr. Revonna Mitchell is the CEO of MTG Consultants, an Atlanta based consultant firm offering services in accounting, project management, and telecommunications. With an undergraduate degree in Accounting, an MBA with Finance and Marketing concentrations, and a PhD in Finance, Dr. Mitchell is a Business Professor who strongly encourages entrepreneurship and community development. She is also President of Peach Realty in Atlanta. For over fifteen years, Dr. Mitchell worked for Fortune 100 Company—AT&T and Lucent Technologies. A wife and mother of two, Dr. Mitchell is passionate about saving youths through education. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, and playing tennis.

Our Founder

Escaping the Liberian Civil Wars, Samantha Divine Jallah relocated to the United States of America where she completed high school with honors and matriculated into college at the tender age of fifteen. Less than four years later, she completed her Bachelors of Science degree with honors, while working multiple jobs and participating in numerous college organizations. Samantha later pursued and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration with highest honors.

Throughout her academic career, Samantha exuded the traits of determination, enthusiasm, and excellence—God given traits that molded her into a results-driven professional committed to service. With a decade of experience in Healthcare, Small Business, and Banking, Samantha has managed over forty direct reports, has assisted in capacity building, has recruited new employees, has established development plans for existing employees, and received recognition for her community development efforts.

Samantha has served communities in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland through organizations including YMCA, YWCA, Federal Home Loan Bank, Rotary International, Delaware's Bankers Association, Montgomery County Youth Ross Program, and Lincoln University. She currently resides in Delaware with her husband and serves as an Assistant Vice President at a local bank.
